REFUND FOR SUBSCRIPTION

I canceled my subscription on April 17th, but was still billed for the subscription.    

I have tried two times to ask for a refund an they have both come back RESOLVED.

I have not seen the refund yet.

Any ides on how I should pursue this problem?  I can't find a phone number to call them to talk to a real person.  Does anyone have a phone number?
