REFUND MY MONEY BACK

Question

i want to cancel my EA PRO membership , the game (FIFA 23) isnt compatible always freezes on the loading screen and EA doesn't do *, its frustrating and annoying at this point. The whole pupose of buying the membership is to be able to play , i bought an annual membership.
