Refund subscription
I have been trying to figure this out for three days. I’ve gone to the chat support and started a case at least three times, i wait for the chat support and my wait time continues to go UP instead of...
@blastindashton All refund requests can be submitted online through the refund request article. As for the chat, this has been reported to the team, but we have been testing it and if you follow the steps below it should provide you a chat. Sadly We here on the forums have no real control over this one.
You can also set up an email case instead of chat and make the same request.
I appreciate your response, however i’m not even able to fill out a refund request. I went thru all my options everything i could find and it all leads me to this picture i provided. There’s also nowhere to request an email case. I was even sent an email from a chat that said i could reach them there if i needed, the link lead me back to the Ea help site. So i’m being sent in circles with no real help. Also, you mentioned steps “below” to provide me a chat..there’s no steps below. There’s nothing under “You can also set up an email case.” So i’m not sure what steps you’re talking about.
