refunded

I canceled my membership and waited 14 days. But my money has not been refunded yet.

    Hello badribadri28,

    EA Play memberships are not refundable. There are some exceptions to this that allow us to offer refunds under certain circumstances. For example, if you upgrade to EA Play Pro on the EA app, you'll be refunded for the remaining paid time left on your initial EA Play membership.
