EA Play & Game Pass ultimate library issues

I just recently bought gamepass ultimate and as yall know, it comes with ea play; the problem is that my games don't show up in the ea app and the website asks me to join ea play, my membership says active and it recognizes me, but the website doesn't. the app also recognizes me as an ea play user but doesn't show me my games on the library, i can only see the ea play games through xbox library. i have tried everything past users have said on this forum, disabling and enabling extension, resetting the xbox app and logging out of ea, etc., but my games still dont show up on the ea library. i filed a complaint to the support already, i hope yall can help me with this issue.
