Trying to play EA Play games from Xbox Game Pass (PC). EA Play asks me to login when I try and install an EA Play title, I select the option to login using my Xbox account. Upon logging in, it says my credentials need to be reset, so i proceed with resetting password. This happens in an endless loop.

Thanks Illium, my Xbox account is pretty old, so i'm thinking maybe there's an old EA account linked to it still.
I get the email to reset password and i reset it and just keeps doing the same thing. Changed password 4 time and still same Your login credentials might have expired
having same issue. endless reset loop. EA help site expects you to have twitter, and this is your only way to contact help, EVEN IF YOU CLICK ON LIVE SUPPORT ... not everyone has twitter you know.
Same for me. Nothing happens and I can do nothing. I get the reset-email but it stil say that I have to reset. And I checked, I have the same email for my Xbox-account/gamertag and for the ea-account. This is just so bad.
This is insane. When will they come up wit ha solution??? No chance to get help ftrom support either.
did you ever figure out a solution i bought dead space and i cant play that nor any EA game
