I found an electronic receipt in my email that says you can cancel your order by going to the Great Game Guarantee page and I went to the website on my phone and it says I don't have any purchases to return but, How can I cancel this extra purchase? Because they usually ask for your customer number and order number.
Here is a picture as proof so I marked the extra product with a red mark. Which is the product with the highest order number that should be returned.
Why can't I fill out the Great Game Guarantee refund form?
Emilia97K Sims 4 packs are considered DLC and therefore not eligible for the Great Game Guarantee. You should still be able to get a refund, but you'll need to ask for one from EA customer support, and you'll have better luck with live chat than email. If you don't see the option, choose a slightly different category of issue.
