Failed to create folder: The EA app requires full control permissions...

I recently had to reset my permissions on my external hard drive due to a corruption.

in doing this i had to delete all and add a new permissions for the drive.

After doing this and installing a game using steam (In which it worked and runs), i tried installing EA FC 24 in which i got the error in the title screen. 

Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
