If our team is asking you to verify ownership of the account @Playb0y78 and you are unable to do so then they will not be able to make any changes or assist in any way.

But they already have by changing my email and verifying it for me as I could not verify it so the lady looked in to it and verified it for me that's why I can't understand if she was able to do that why am I not get codes through.
