"Something went wrong" error when trying to EA PLay subscription

Hi,

I get a "Something went wrong" error when ordering an EA Play subscription in the PlayStation store. I have already ordered other games in the PlayStation store successfully, so I am wondering what is wrong with EA Play subscription and how I can fix it.

Logout/Login doesn't help, I have also tried with PlayStation android App and also different browsers on Windows, but I still get the same error message. I have also added enough funds to the PlayStation store wallet, but it doesn't help either.

    Hey @madnik7 for issues with billing on the PSN store you will need to speak with PSN support.

    I discovered that having only a PayPal account or sufficient funds in your wallet alone does not work for EA Play subscription. However, I found that adding a credit card to my account resolved the issue and allowed the transaction to go through successfully.

    In order to be an EA Play member you will need an active credit card on the account @madnik7.
