Despite assurances on this forum that the issue has been 'fixed' many people including myself are still waiting for their Supercharge Pack to appear. I claimed mine on Friday 19/05/23 and it's now Monday 22/05/23. How long are we expected to wait and how can EA Sports in all honesty claim an issue is resolved when by the weight of numbers to the contrary, it clearly isn't.....

Sorry to hear about the delay in receiving your pack. I am unable to review your pack history logs here on the forums. However, you can try power-cycling your console and then logging back into your account. This may help resync your packs.
