Unable to download EA Play games on PS4/PS5
hello!
im on PS5 in Turkey. Buy EA play and try to download it takes two (because everywhere on WEB they said full game include in subscription), but I can't do this.
PS Store have just 1 option...

EA Staff (Retired)@xoinx9alpv3l Can you try restoring license, then restarting the console and seeing if you can download the game?
@EA_Illium I also confirming that; It Takes Two, Mass Effect Legendary Edition and Madden 22 are not included in EA Play on PS4 and PS5. I am from Turkey too. Please fix them.
You could also search on Turkish Playstation Store these games (on your internet browser). It says %10 discount but must be included (in Turkish: Dahil).
Other Playstation Stores show these games as inclued in EA Play. (Example: England or US Playstation Store)

Same problem here, in f1 2021 post many users in this situation, f1 fixed but it tales two, me legendary y and madden not included in ea play.
- EA_Illium@mingocrktur2 To confirm are you still seeing an issue downloading F1 with EA Play on Playstation?
@EA_Illium F1 2021, it takes two, me legendary and madden 22 (only on PS4) fixed, madden 22 PS5 not fixed, and I have checked all the ea play list, and not included The Sims 4 either...it is easy to check in web, but checked also in ps5.
Update: The Sims 4 fixed, but Madden 22 PS5 not.
- EA_Illium@4Beyaz-Fil Wanted to give an update I have shared this with the team to be aware of.
All the other games are fixed but madden 22 on ps5 are not fixed. Madden 22 on ps4 is also fixed.
