Unable to download EA Play games on PS4/PS5
hello!
im on PS5 in Turkey. Buy EA play and try to download it takes two (because everywhere on WEB they said full game include in subscription), but I can't do this.
PS Store have just 1 option...

Some previously purchased DLC that I have had for years needs to be "re-purchased" on EA Beta despite logging on the Origin Webpage and seeing the content as "owned".
I would go back to using Origin but I have the "Online Features Not Available" bug and can't log in.
Yes I have tried all of the common fixes, clearing cache, re-installs, repairs etc. so don't bother with the copy pasted link.
Corrections on my account would be appreciated

EA Staff (Retired)@Cryptic_Verse The EA App client is still in Beta some game are not on the client, we may also be running into an issue with the beta version.

The DLC is not missing from the EA App, it is available for purchase. The previous DLC that shows as owned in Origin but not in EA App is: Vampires, Island Living and Backyard Stuff. I can provide screen shots if needed.

Hi @Cryptic_Verse Apologies by missing I meant not having access to, Would it be possible to get screenshots of how it looks in the EA App?
Also to check if you still have Origin installed can you try installing in that client, then closing Origin and launching EA App to see if the DLC show installed?
Attached are the screen shots from the EA Play and Origin Login through a browser. You will be able to see the dlc listed as "purchased" in origin and not in EA Play.
I am unable to use Origin software. I get a "Online Features Not Available" on every attempt to log in.
This is a fairly recent bug and I have already spent weeks trying to get it fixed with no luck. Other wise I would just abandoned EA play and return to using Origin as before.
