Unable to download EA Play games on PS4/PS5

hello! im on PS5 in Turkey. Buy EA play and try to download it takes two (because everywhere on WEB they said full game include in subscription), but I can't do this. PS Store have just 1 option...

Hi! It seems that I have the exact same problem: I've downloaded The Sims 4 and was able to play for a few days, but now it appears with a lock and says cannot verify the license. When I access the play store, it can only be bought with a discount, but I understand that with EA Play it should be for free, right?
