unauthorized charge
I was charged for an annual EA Play subscription renewal that I did not authorize. The payment was made using and old credit card even though i removed the card along time ago, and I did not authorize this renewal or intend to purchase another annual subscription. I would like to request a full refund for this unauthorized charge and have the subscription cancelled.
i contacted the support through live chat and they said that they can see that the refund is on '' I can see that your refund is currently being processed and will be credited within 3–4 days; please do not use the service in the meantime, as that is a requirement for the refund to be eligible. ''
yet i still don't see my EA play Pro cancelled, can someone confirm with me or help me please ?
