When do I receive the XP Boost for EA Play Pro membership?

I have purchased the EA membership for PC, and it is supposed to give me the XP boost for the current season, but I still don't know how I receive it. Is it like I receive in the end of the season or is it always active, and if so, how do I know it is active? Also , the last season I had the membership active and I don't even know if I received the XP Boost.

Going to go ahead and lock this thread as it is rather old.

If you are having an issue please create a new thread with as much info as possible as it is unlikely that your issue is the same as the one in a thread this old.
