Why doesn't my EA play work on my linked accaconts

Hi, 

I brought EA play earlier in the year to for the rewards on steam. I thought it would link to all my accounts due to having it before. But it's not linking to my PlayStation account where I play Fifa and all my other games such as NFS and other games. So I can't get discounts to link. If u can help that would be much apricated

    Hi @ScottG88 

    Your membership for EA Play on PC would not transfer over to PlayStation as these memberships are not cross-platform. You would need a different EA Play membership for PlayStation to play on your console.

    Hi, feel they should be cross platform. To pay for 2 members for a console and pc is crazy. Everything should be linking into one nowadays. But thanks for telling me that because didn’t know they were spread. Thanks for the help Scott
