@boogimea, it could be that the case that the other issue that you're mentioning, the Unable to connect the EA servers issue, is unrelated to the main EA Play issue that you're experiencing.
Have you checked if your Xbox Live is actually still active? This is normally included in your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership, but all these issues combined allow me to believe that there very well could be an issue from the Microsoft or Xbox side.
Have you already reached out to Microsoft to check if they're able to verify if your Xbox Game Pass membership (etc.) is all set-up correctly and that it should work without issues according to them?
