You are not eligible to play this game/dont own this game

Was told by support to open a discussion as they couldn’t help.

Have EA Play yet wont let me Download and Install F1 25. Or Add to Library 

Did everything EA asked. Clear Cache. Repair. Reinstalling. Running as Admin. 

I own the game. I have EA Play. Yet somehow i “dont own it”. Opened 5 support discussions, had the issue back in August and hasnt been fixed.

    Hey there, I'm really sorry to hear about that. 

    Could you please let us know which troubleshooting steps you've tried so far, so we don't ask you to repeat them? Also, are you able to download other games through your EA Play subscription?
