Cannot create player

I tried to create a player but kept being told a proprietary or offensive name was detected...except I was using a name from the commentary drop-down for the last name and my own first name. My name doesn't even resemble an offensive word and the last name is one that is in the game I just picked for sounding similar to my own name. I even tried making up a name that does not exist in the world and it still rejected. No amount of spelling changes or modifications helped
