I mean at least he got his code unlike some of us in this forum that don't get a response no matter how many times we try to get the admin to help

Unfortunately they say on the redemption they cannot reissue codes and considering they don't respond to emails as is, you might be SOL bro.
Man I still haven't got my fc26 code and I did the survey and was told I was gonna get one 😭

Just an update that I've received a new code with the right game this time and it worked for me to redeem.

Yeah I done the same thing but i already redeemed my code expecting it to be the right edition. So i have to get a new code anyway because on the email it states that this is the code for EA FC 26 Ultimate edition for EA App but instead when i went to redeem it, it shown the standard edition

Same thing happened to me, the email mentions where to reach out if there's any issues so I've emailed. I've not redeemed my code yet so hopefully get a new one.
