Hello.
I am a ln EA Playtester..
I entered the last FC Club pre-alpha and completed it.
After I got an email from EA asking for feedback about the playtest, I completed the survey (provided from a third party company called Aclhemer) and was told in it that I could choose an EA Game to be gifted a game code..
I chose the game (BF6 pc version) but never got the game code gift.
after some days waiting I contacted the EA support team that were totally unable to understand and solve the issue. They even asked me to contact my self the third party provider for EA, and ask about the issue.
after getting back to support chat, the support person told me to write in EA Foruns so a manager could read my case and provide the proper support to my case.
In the FC 26 forums my thread was marked as solved after the manager answered that I needed to get back to general support again.
After gettign another case opened, the supporter gave me the link to this EA Playtesting discussion so i could solve my issue.
I add that my issue was not receiving the email with gift game code.

Survery says 10 days (which it has been)

It is ten days from the closing date of the survey Which was on the 19th of November I have been informed .
By a reply from ea to my post on the same issue .
The way the confirmation message was written was slightly misleading and confusing. But if you re read it it makes sense . It says 10 days from survey completion.
We all assumed 10 days from the date we personally did the survey and selected our free game choice.
I hope this has cleared it up and have my fingers 🤞 like everyone we actually recieve or game code

Any EA manager can add an answer to this issue ?
At the time of this reply the 10 days period has expired, so its obvious there is an isue to solve. Otherwise we playtesters can be sure that the company or its third party providers, are simply lying to us.
As i can read in this playtest discussion forum, another playtester had the same issue.
This is an awful image of the company, where we are arguing over a gift game code.... and where the cost of it must be marginal to a company like EA.- fifakinguk2130 days agoNew Traveler

EA Supporters, any estimated date or time to give any answer or feedback to this problem, afecting many playtesters, as seen in various discussions ?

0 communication from EA all day. Not even to say we are aware of issue and looking into it, NOTHING.

Im writing to reinforce that this issue is being reported since 2 to 4 days now, and still no answer from EA support or Admins.

Today its 20th November, so ragarding my survey the period of 10 days has now more 2 days, and still no reward code.
Despite somewhere a supporter / admin has written that codes would be sent soon....I cant understand all the silence from EA admins about this issue in most of the discussion opened by several playtester.

More days passing, more playtesters complaining they did not get the reward code mentioned after completing the survey.....

Same for me. Showed support the screenshot saying 10 days and the email saying before 19th nov or when codes have ran out and the guy just kept saying that it’s 10 days from the 19th. Then asked if there was anything else and wouldn’t respond to me telling him it’s 10 days from doing the survey. Tried them the next day and the woman just wouldn’t help at all said it wasn’t her area…. I emailed them 4 times and have had exactly zero reponse. So maddening
