EA SPORTS FC™ Play test survey code

It is ten days from the closing date of the survey Which was on the 19th of November I have been informed . 

By a reply from ea to my post on the same issue . 

The way the confirmation message was written was slightly misleading and confusing. But if you re read it it makes sense . It says 10 days from survey completion.

We all assumed 10 days from the date we personally did the survey and selected our free game choice.

I hope this has cleared it up and have my fingers 🤞 like everyone we actually recieve or game code

Thanks for that info I have sent 3 emails with nothing back i do feel a little bad but why did they not reply and make it more clear 

read above buddy 👍 they've confirmed its 10 days from the date of the survey close date so it should be with all of us by the 29th

Same! I emailed EA to resolve and they didn’t provide any helpful information but linked me to this forum to get help??? But hang on, you’re EA, you can sort this 😂

No game code received for play test contribution after 9 days | EA Forums - 12929379 update: this is another forum with someone facing the same issue but it’s actually been solved 

Ok glad it's not just me. Probably should have checked here before emailing them.
