Any EA manager can add an answer to this issue ?
At the time of this reply the 10 days period has expired, so its obvious there is an isue to solve. Otherwise we playtesters can be sure that the company or its third party providers, are simply lying to us.
As i can read in this playtest discussion forum, another playtester had the same issue.
This is an awful image of the company, where we are arguing over a gift game code.... and where the cost of it must be marginal to a company like EA.
It is ten days from the closing date of the survey Which was on the 19th of November I have been informed .
By a reply from ea to my post on the same issue .
The way the confirmation message was written was slightly misleading and confusing. But if you re read it it makes sense . It says 10 days from survey completion.
We all assumed 10 days from the date we personally did the survey and selected our free game choice.
I hope this has cleared it up and have my fingers 🤞 like everyone we actually recieve or game code
