FC27 Closed beta redeemed but missing from library or unavailable to download

As title, I received my code yesterday but cannot seem to download after redeem g, it seemed to be accepted? Can anyone from EA help here please

I redeemed the EA FC 27 Beta code on my EA App account. The redemption was confirmed, but the game doesn't appear in my library, so I can't download it.

same. absolute shambles from EA... no surprise though. can't even test the game.... won't be buying this year if they can't even get this right

I redeemed my code for the beta yesterday and still the game is not in my Steam library. Do I need to request a new code?

I redeemed my code for the FC 27 Playtest on Steam, but the game is still not showing up in my library.

Same for me, i requested a new code from the beta code tool page, i redeemed the other code and it still didn't show up. You can try the beta tool as well, maybe it will work for you.

EA SPORTS FC™ 27 Closed Beta – Game Not Yet Visible in Your Library

Hi everyone,

If you’ve successfully redeemed your EA SPORTS FC™ 27 Closed Beta code but can’t see the game in your library yet, this is expected.

The Closed Beta will become available in your library when the playtest begins:

Wednesday, August 5 at 10:00 AM PT

Until that time, the game will remain hidden, even if your code has been redeemed successfully.

If you’re eligible for the Closed Beta and have already redeemed your code, no further action is required. Simply check your library again once the playtest goes live.

After redeeming my EA FC27 closed beta code, the game isn’t in my library on the PC EA App. I been trying to clear cache and restart app, can you guy's help?
