Fut not working

I got to play the first 2 games then since then it now just says there's a problem and kicks me back to menu after I try and play a any mode part from rush?

Beta is not letting me download after entering code to Xbox Store
I am trying to test FC27 X|S and after i redeemed the code the store did not download the game and when I tried to re enter the code I am told that the code has already been redeemed.

FC27 Beta FC Loyalty Screen Stuck
Stuck in the FC loyalty screen. Nothing was working that would get me out of this screen until quit the game and reenter it. Was in the grounds mode and pressed ps5 fc hub button.
