No game to download
I’ve redeemed the code as stated in email for the play test but there is no game in my games library all the happened was the games store updated I’m new to play testing and on Xbox any help would be great

So, I found mine in the All Games tab. Its called EA Sports FC Playtest.
I have the same issue this morning, PS5- entered the code after a few seconds returns me to the home screen then nothing. No download no anything but its in my transaction history.
I’ve also had this today on Xbox Series X, entered the download code, it came up with EA Playtest then nothing happened, no download or anything
Found it on Xbox, press the Xbox button on your controller - go to my games and apps - go to see all - full library - then navigate down until you see the EA sports logo - press on it and it’ll say EA Sports Play test - then just install
Go onto EAFC 26 and select version, it should be there.
