Problem accessing the Playtest

Whenever I try to load into the playtest, it comes up with the message to confirm my active profile. However, when I press sign in and select the profile for the playtest, it just asks me to confirm my active profile again. I have restarted both the game and console and neither fixes the issue

    Just to add onto this, have since done a fresh install of the playtest and it has not fixed the issue.

    Furthermore, I still cannot access the forums for the playtest. Really disappointing an hour in to be unable to access anything
