If you're not seeing the item you'd like to refund on our Refund Tool, you'll need to connect with our live support team to look into your refund eligibility. Unfortunately, we aren't able to process refunds here on the forums, as we lack access to your account or billing details to do so.
Please note that live support will only be able to support purchases made with EA. If you bought the item or game on another platform, you'll need to request a refund through that platform instead. Let us know how it goes, thanks!
