Still no game code in over a week
Hello I did the survey over a week ago and still didn't get code does anybody know what's going because it's honestly ridiculous

I got the message "rewards are processed 1-2 business days after Playtest ends" when I reached out to them today.
I completed the survey also and haven't received any code either, they even let me choose what I wanted.
Did you get the code?
Ya i emailed them and they told me I dont qualify for it so they basically lied to me
Like many others. I also received a link to invite a playtest survey, and I completed it. After a few days of not receiving any email with the reward, I contacted their email help (EA help) - poor service. The first response from them was to get an explanation of what I had to do to qualify for the reward, even though it was clear and I had already done everything that was listed and I said so in the first email. Then I sent a response email explaining that I had already done everything they wanted, and so far there has been no response.
Still waiting for my reward as well. Today is the 10th business day.

I took a survey on Feb. 21st which ended on the 27th. Today is the 13th of March and Still no Reward.
Still nothing.
