Unable to login

I am unable to access the beta as it says I am not logged into my ea account which I am? I have had this issue before because stevieboyfitzy is my EA Play Pro Pc user name and Stevieboyf1tzy with the number 1 is my Xbox user name.   I had this issue when I was part of the NHL Play test but it was resolved. My user name for Xbox above is what should be authorised to connect to the playtest. Please see included image. I also need access to the private test forums to provide feedback.

    I am not sure what you guys have done but I can now enter the playtest but it has stopped me now being able to connect to the servers for my ea play pro account on pc for fc 26? please see image as what ever you have done  to allow me onto xbox play test with Stevieboyf1tzy is now stopping me connecting to the pc servers  ea play pro with stevieboyfitzy.

    Just noticed other users saying the ea servers are down for maintenance can you confirm this for PC/xbox? hopefully they are and my login issue is not related to my user names?
