Disconnecting from servers when starting F1 World

Summarize your bug When starting the game everything is fine at first. The game connects to the servers properly and I can access the store and friend list. Once I select F1 World in the menu I get disconnected from the servers with the following error message: The game was interrupted while downloading F1 World data, therefore you have been disconnected from online services. Please reconnect to try again.
What is your 16 digit Report Code? KEHB-CRSA-EESV-TBEE
Can you please provide the name of your current internet service provider?
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Multiplayer
Did you have cross-play enabled? Yes
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I was playing my first ranked match of the week and got taken out by someone brake checking me. Therefore I left the session early and probably scored negative points leading to me having an absolute score that is also negative. After leaving the session I got disconnected from the servers.
What happens when the bug occurs? Everytime I try to start F1 World I get disconnected from the servers with the error message "The game was interrupted while downloading F1 World data, therefore you have been disconnected from online services. Please reconnect to try again."
What do you expect to see? The normal F1 World menu where I can access all game modes.

    Issue occured on friday for me and didn't go away over the weekend. Reinstalling the game and deleting local data didn't help.

    Today I logged in and everything was back to normal. I think that's because on monday the ranked points are reset.

    So my guess, if it happened to you today you have to wait until next monday and it will fix itself. You can try contacting support as well but they weren't really helpful for me.

    I've had exactly the same happen just now. I got taken out in lap 2 on Baku and did not want to wait the whole race as I wanted to just play.

    It's ridiculous that you get punished twice for leaving after someone purposely takes you out to begin with, but okay..

    And now I've got the same issue. I can't connect to F1 world anymore. I saw somewhere that it may resolve next week when the ranks reset. But in all fairness it's starting to become a struggle to enjoy the game with all the issues prior and present. If I can't connect tomorrow I'm going to try and reach out directly to support. 

    Not being able to play is becoming increasingly frustrating.

    Same problem here,1st race in elite division,got smashed(wheels out) in baku and quit,after that same message...I contacted the ea help support and they tell me that the problem is with the playstation support,c'mon ....

    Tried connecting this morning, still the same annoying issue.

    I contacted support and they wanted me to do a general connection check at home. I refused and said my F1 world data is not stored on my Xbox or modem so that's not the source of the issue.

    The chatbot then went on to talk with his team and returned to me saying they acknowledged that it appears to be a bug and they will try their best to solve it as quick as possible.

    Even tho they acknowledge it, they still want people to post this issue on the forums here.

    In the end, 30 mins down the line. The best thing the chatbot could do is apologize and hope I can play F1 world again as soon as possible. 

    My product isn't working tho, so I'll try the phone support later as well.
