Multiplayer - 10 players - minimum to start the timer.

Currently, the time of 1 minute in the lobby starts sometimes after 5 players enter, sometimes 7. After a few dozen seconds, it turns out that 5 people are coming and suddenly people start running away because they don't want to go in a 10-driver race.

I suggest that the time to start starts only after reaching the minimum limit of people in the lobby at level 10 or 12. Then we will wait longer for the race, but it will take place more often, which in turn will involve more players.
