First of all read this;

I doubt your memory will work in XMP because it is different capacity. Asymmetrical channels will lead to compatibility (speed to slowest common) at best, errors at worst.
I don't know what you've posted but it isn't a HWiNFO report.
There is no need to disable Windows Defender. There is probably a need to run a Kaspersky removal tool or better still - please consider your connected storage and go back to basics.
One primary drive with a fresh install of Windows from the MCT, after first ensuring you have updated the mainboard and correctly configured the memory. 32GB is more than adequate in a dual channel configuration.
There is no other way to put this; you seem to be under the impression that "more" is better. It is, in my opinion, an absolute mess of an installation. I can only imagine that you just plug in another part and somehow tinker until it seems to work.
There is sufficient capacity for you to move (backup) your games to specific storage before you embark on that radical step. You shouldn't have to redownload your games, but it is getting to the point where really fast internet can be quicker than really ordinary storage.
There are so many things that you *could* have done, and so many that *I* might have done differently if it were me.
I'm sorry I don't use the EA App (preferring Steam) but there should be a way of archiving game files, but I can point you in the direction of the appropriate board.
