I have tried everything, from ingame settings, nvidia 3d settings, drivers (chipset/nvidia), to fully reinstalling windows and wiping everthing, but cannot lose this stutter that plagues my game, every few seconds, not consistent, sometimes very persistent and sometimes less. Only game that stutters for me.
GPU: 3070ti
CPU: 5800X3D
You'll get nowhere without posting a dxdiag. Include the make and model of mainboard.

update to latest UEFI BIOS and mainboard drivers.
Unfortunatley didn't solve my issue
DDU and delete your hardware_settings_config.xml
Already tried both prior to formatting everything and reinstalling everything, sadly didnt work for me either

Play fullscreen, turn off all your Nvidia tweaks. Play native res on High Preset.
Post the updated dxdiag and check your refresh rate, in the original it says 360Hz....
Native res on my display is 1440p @ 360hz, I did try it again on all different presets when I reinstalled windows before making any changes in nvidia again. sadly never worked for me
Then turn the Windows refresh rate down. Both monitors claim 60Hz (or thereabouts) as native.
