I rolled back to 572.83 and that seems to have fixed the issue.

So, looking at your Dxdiags and reports, it seems that you are using the 5000 series. Could you try the hotfix shared by TheRagebeard​ to see if it fixes your issue?

Meanwhile, our team is aware of this issue regarding these Nvidia cards. I'll come back to you as soon as I have more updates.

Hi, I am also having the same issue. Unable to progress career mode as the game crashes right before it's supposed to show the podium animation, the game exits without any error message.

i have a rtx5080 and the same issue.
installed hot fix but still the issue.
didn't try yet an older driver version.
Tried to skip podium, but f1 24 always crash

Understood on the 5000 series issues, attempted the hotfix suggested but still ended up with the same crash after race finish.

It's well noted that Nvidia has been having driver problems with the 5000 series so it's probably a bigger risk to stick with version 572.02 if that's what is currently installed.

Nvidia’s GPU drivers are a mess

If you really don't want to roll back or can't find a stable version that supports 5000 series cards, then you can try this hotfix they released on the 21st.

Here is my DirextX Diagnostic Info, hopefully it helps as I feel downgrading this Nvidia driver for the 5090 is also a bit of risk.

I rolled back the NVIDIA driver with the oldest available in NVIDIA website (Driver Version: 572.16. Release Date: Thu Jan 30, 2025).

Could you please share your Dxdiag with us? I will escalate this issue to the game team to investigate.

If you are on NVIDIA, could you please check that your drivers aren't causing these crashes? You can update them or roll back them to December to see if the issue persists.
