F1 2024 crashed whenever i tried to enter a grand prix

Whenever I try to enter grand prix, a popup will show "Error reading data. Please verify the integrity of the game cache." Whenever I validate the file its always "preloader_l.dll", "EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.dll", and "EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe". 

After I validate and redownloaded the corrupted file, i try to enter the game and still the same popup showed up. I checked the main f1 24 folders, i found that the newly fixed file from steam is replaced with older date modified file.

Already contact EA Customer Service none of their steps works. Please help, I just want to drive F1 car.
