F1 24 - Secret Meetings Bug

Summarize your bug I was just playing my personal career mode as usual. But then i had my third secret meeting (I had declined with 2 previous teams) but for some reason it was with my current team Williams. and now my career mode is stuck.
What is your 16 digit Report Code? KDGA-JECS-RHED-EADD
What peripherals are you using? Please list the exact make and model.
Can you please provide the name of your current internet service provider?
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Make a new driver career mode save 2. Get a few races in (and decline the 2 previous secret meetings) 3. Once into the third secret meeting with another team there is i think a rare chance you get your current team wanting to sign you.
What happens when the bug occurs? You cant back out, only thing you can press is the current team vs new team (which is the same one) but you cant back out at all or even decline. Your stuck until you close the game. if you reopen its the same over and over again. You cant progess anymore in ur driver career.
What do you expect to see? A fix before this happens to more players and hopefully also a fix for myself as i want to progress further.

GUYS! ITS BEEN FIXED AFTER THE LATEST UPDATE!
ENTER UR CAREER SAVE FILE, CLICK ON BEGIN AND NEGATIONS AND IT SHOULD SKIP THE CUTSCENE AND ALLOW YOU TO PROCEED!

Unfortunately, I am facing the same issue and I am stuck in the two player career with a friend. We both declined the first 2 secret meetings but he just got another random team for the 3rd meeting and could just decline the offer. I got faced off with my own team and I can't do anything in the meeting.

Pls fix fast we don't want to start over again.

Neither do i want to start over again. But i really would want to know if its possible to still continue somehow or if this is just the end of my save. Hope this gets fixed.

I have got past this bug! I've had this same problem in my two player career and was stuck for ages, I'm not the host and I had the issue that I was meeting with my own team. The way we fixed it was - I loaded into the glitched meeting and my friend left the game and it would save. Then I left and we reloaded and we had skipped past the meeting. I hope this helps some people

I'm not sure if there's a save option in single player but if you're able to save while.youre in the meeting you will be able to get past

@ZacRL I can confirm in single players its not possible to save while in a meeting. Glad its passable in two player tho
