F1 24 Champions Edition Missing Content

Hi would like to file a complaint for missing content from my other xbox account&nbsp; when I purchased the F1 24 Champions Edition when it was on sale and when I started the game up on my other Xbox account the 18,000 pit coins and the f1 world bumper pack which i haven't received but i only received two icon drivers please can you fix it ASAP please.

Can you check your ingame mail box if you haven’t already as that is where it should be
