I've tried both of the methods in the https://help.ea.com/de/help/pc/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/ and the anti-cheat installation is fine It's just that it won't start the game I've tried safe boot

Not sure why you expect a dxdiag to have any bearing on anti-cheat?
Safe boot not working shows it is a config issue. Follow the steps to re-install the Anti-Cheat?
