F1 24 keeps crashing before reaching the settings menu
As in headline F1 24 keeps crashing shortly after launch. Have tried all the tips on EA-Help that didn't really help. Does anyone know if there is an option to enter a support ticket with EA

there is no support ticket but there is option where u can chat with the support, my f1 24 keeps crashing too, i did chat with the support guy he tells me to update my gpu drivers and all, it dosent, there is issue with the game, our devices work fine, i have a low end gaming laptop and he tells me that ur gaming laptop wont handle this game, but it actually does handle it pretty good. Ea wont do anything to fix issue idk what they want. sorry for such long speech
