F124 Unable to join multiplayer lobbies

I have been playing F124 on my xbox series s since it came out. However, since last week, i am unable to join multiplayer lobbies. I have reset the xbox, reset the cache, uninstalled the game, reinstalled the game, deleted saved data and still no luck. I am missing out on my league races now as I am unable to solve this issue. When i get accept the game invite, it goes to the screen that says "joining session" and will not proceed. I have waited on this screen but nothing ever happens. I have even tried accepting the invites through the game itself, however when i got to the 'mail' section of the game, it freezes. Also, i am constatly seeing a message at the top that says "communicating with online services" it comes and goes every 20 seconds or so. This has been the case for a little over a month but never caused issues besides taking longer to get into a lobby or time trial. Any help here would be appreciated as I feel i have exhausted my efforts in fixing this.
