Force feedback not working

1. Unplugging and plugging the wheel back in in game gets FFB working, but it disables soft lock on G923. 

2. Unplugging and plugging the wheel back in in G HUB (with the tab opened, cursor active) gets soft lock working, but FFB won't work

Both rotation angle is set to 360° in game and G HUB. Rotation angle works as excepted, the wheel only register to 360°, but without the soft lock the wheel can be rotate past 360° with no input registration in game (steering wheel animation not moving). With soft lock enabled there is a motor resistance when you rotate past 360°.

Seems like the game has some conflict with the G HUB software for the motor control. Only one software can control it at the same time.

For those who use EA App, the problem is just that, the launcher prevents the correct use of the steering wheel.
Switching to Origin instead of EA App, everything works correctly.
In this other thread they have included it as a workaround, at Link 1 in point 1.
If you want to play while waiting for a fix from EA, you can give it a try (a workaround is required to get Origin working, [Removed - EA_Barry] is a possible solution)

@Langhoffeina The fact we have to use an old outdated launcher, and download a separate modified work around to avoid the pop up forcing migration to EA Play, is a textbook example of how poorly this game was rolled out.

@EA_Groguet @EA_Vendcara @EA_Barry how are consumers finding work arounds quicker than EA is itself. When can we expect a patch to the EA App to allow use of the updated app with our wheelbases?

I found a solution until an update Patch might be released.

I gained a lot more FFB with some settings.

1.)

F1 24 Settings > Control, Vibration, FFB > Set Intensity of True Force on MAX

2.)

Also set in F1 24 FFB on 120%, on your wheel set 10-11 nm FFB strength 

Finally I started some laps while waiting Update coming.

Ok so I've seen a bunch of people having issues with logitech devices in this game but even after all the updates mine is still not fixed. Basically the maximum wheel rotation setting isn't locking the wheel at the maximum. The setting itself is technically working as there is no more steering input once I reach the maximum, but I am still able to turn the wheel past that. I've done a bunch of troubleshooting with logitech support and they even sent me a new wheel to try, but I'm only having this issue in this game. Hoping I can get some support here soon.

What kind of EA App, I don't use EA App or Account on PS5. 

This seems to be another fix, they have to patch
