I have played fp3 in my team career for 3-4 times before the session ending and getting a black screen with the “please wait” icon in the top right hand side. I have updated the game and closed and opened it a few times with no result. Please help.
Wow after patch 1.7 its working , i can finally skip FP3 🙂
Also my game doesn't crash it just doesn't load after the retire or when the time runs out it just loads and says please wait and never loads.
Any updates or timeline on when this may be fixed? Also if we will be able to keep our save files or are they essentially bricked for good?

Same issue here, had It before just after release.. But now right after the new update I had it again. 9 races in and this save seems ruined now. Absolutely frustrating. Not gonna touch this game In a while now.

Hello I just wanted to upload my own experience since it may give you guys more insight to the issue at hand. It started when I wasn't able to start a full or quick practice I logged off for the night after that and got back on the following day, When I loaded back in I was into the practice session and went to retire since I was done my programs. However, even though my programs were done the game did not highlight them as completed for the resource points. To fix that problem I just restarted the session and that was fine, the biggest issue however is that when i got to retire the game sits on a black screen with the please wait loading and muffled music from the end of a session not matter how long I wait it will not move forward. I have really enjoyed myself on this game and have completed 4 16 race seasons since pre release I don't want to loose my character I have worked my but off to get to 99, I appreciate the effort and patches you guys have been release if their is anything you can do I hope this can help.
My save file is still bricked and will not progress and it sounds others are still having this same issue happen again even after this latest patch. So what did this patch even accomplish for this issue? Also I don’t want to come off as rude but if our files were all going to stay bricked it would have been nice to have that communicated with us so we did not waste our time waiting for it to be fixed. Overall the lack of communication is very frustrating and disappointing to deal with.
