I've moved and merged some more posts into this thread that all describe the same issue. I've also passed it along to the team to investigate.
It would be helpful if you could all provide some additional information. Check out our How to report a bug guide.
Please post your Report Code, DxDiag (if you are playing on PC), and if possible a save game file with the mid session save.
Some instructions for your save games:
If you are playing on Steam, you can find the save game location here:
<Steam-folder>\userdata\<user-id>\1692250\remote\
Alternatively, you could also right-click on F1 24 in your Steam library and click on Browse Local Files. This will take you to the game's install folder.
If you are playing on the EA app, you can find the save game location in your Documents folder --> MyGames --> F1 24 --> savegame --> ea --> profile.
If any of you experience the problem on PlayStation, we could also still use your save game. You can find that in your console storage and can then transfer it with a USB drive.

Most users found it best to upload their file to Google Drive and then share the link with us. If you don't like to share your save game publicly, feel free to DM it to me instead as well.

Also, one more question for everyone. Even if it doesn't seem directly related, it could hold a clue.
Do you remember what Career Specialist goals you had selected before doing the mid session save?
