Game fails to launch in EA Play PC

Product: F1 24
Platform:PC
Please specify your platform model. PC
Summarize your bug The F24 attempts to launch but it never does. No error messages and the pop up to select regular mode vs VR Play never comes up. F124.exe shows on task manager and you can't end task it to kill it. If you try to shutdown the computer and start up windows again the computer BSOD and you have to hard boot the PC. This is on Win 11 and I will attach the DXDiag log. The game was working fine up till yesterday.
What is your 16 digit Report Code? N/A
What peripherals are you using? Please list the exact make and model. Moza R9 Base v1.2.2.15 KS Steering Wheel v1.2.1.6. SR-P Pedals v1.2.1.7 Pit House 1.2.5.29
Can you please provide the name of your current internet service provider? Optimux
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Open up EA App 2. Launch F1 24 3. The splash screen showing F1 24 launching flashes away and then nothing happens. 3b. The screen to select F1 play or VR Play never appears. 4. Check Task Manager and the F124.exe will show as a process running. 5. You cannot kill the process
What happens when the bug occurs? The game never launches.
What do you expect to see? The game to be up and running.

Things that I have tried:
- Reboot. (you get a BSOD as the F124 process is hanging and does not ends normally. If the F124 process is not in task manager, like if you did not attempt to executed, the computer restarts normally.)

- Uninstalled and reinstalled EA App
- Uninstalled and reinstalled F1 24 via EA App. Originally I had the program files installed on a secondary hard drive with more space. Then I reinstalled on my C: drive but still no avail.
- I have uninstalled Fortec protection software
- I excluded F124 from Firewall allowing it to run.
- I launched EA app and F124 as Administrator.
I have followed many other suggestions from other people like installing Origin, but the option to launch it from Origin directs me to EA App and uninstalls Origin. So this did nothing.

    @GCAdventure

Bluescreen issues are outside of the scope of support we provide here as they generally indicate an issue outside of our games.

    Some general troubleshooting steps:

Make sure all available Windows Updates and hardware driver updates are installed

    Temporarily disable any security software
Run System File Checker to ensure the integrity of your Windows System files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
Perform a clean boot before starting the game: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135

    Thanks.

    This ticket can be closed.
I was able to get it going after multiple reinstalls of the F1 24 and EA App/Anticheat software. I learned that AC (AntiCheat) was installed on two locations. One at the root of Program Files, and another one inside the F1 24 folder. I used the Anticheat utility to uninstall from the root of program files folder, and repaired the one inside the F1 24 folder. Whalaaaaalaaa. It's now launching OK.
