Game freezes/crashes when loading a replay or highlight

Hello,

every time I want to load a replay or a highlight my game crashes or freezes. Is this just a new bug that everybody has to deal with or is this something only I have?

It worked fine a few days ago, but now I can't use this feature anymore.

thanks for reporting. The team is looking into this further, and it would be helpful to get some more details for the investigation.

What graphic settings are you using for this to happen? Could you perhaps upload a quick screenshot from your graphic settings?

Additionally, please include your Report Code as well as your DxDiag if you are playing on PC.

Summarize your bug The view during a race replay looks distortional, with black wide sectors and cars look like floating like ghosts. In F23 replays look good.
What is your 16 digit Report Code? NA
What peripherals are you using? Please list the exact make and model. Moza R9 PC Windows 11 EA Play
Can you please provide the name of your current internet service provider? Optimum
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play a race replay and wait for the front camera view looking at cars coming at you. See video linked
What happens when the bug occurs? The graphics look distortional.
What do you expect to see? A normal camera view like in F23.

Do you also have the problem that since update 1.3 your replay screen is white and as soon as you want to watch a replay it crashes? I have reinstalled the game and also checked for errors but the error persists ?
