I guess it's the implication. I am that meaningless, that's it's easier to ignore me, rather then attempt to sweep me under the rug.
@Generalemergency Sorry to hear that your bug report got overlooked when it was first posted. I’m sure @EA_Groguet will be happy to look into this for you.
I see your playing on PC, are you playing through Steam or the EA App?

I appreciate the attempt, but I am under no illusion that this will ever be acknowledged.
This whole forum is a formality that has zero bearing on anything.

@Generalemergencysame here friend. I have taken time out of my day to report 2 bugs with information and screenshots. One has been entirely ignored, other I got lucky because a couple of other people also tagged the EA folks, it got noticed. Seems like when non content creator users report issues, it is taken a back seat (if you're lucky). They've taken our money for the game already, so I guess there really isn't any financial reason for them to really care about these bug reports. This forum probably exists just to show the shareholders that they "care".
I have identified a couple of further bug reports, but I really don't want to waste time out of my day for what seems to be the equivalent of screaming to the void.

@ragekumar666 You'd think that with the dwindling sales they might be trying harder to keep their existing customers. By which I mean the bare minimum. A simple little automated message is too much apparently.

1. No apology to me for having to wait since JULY?
2. Just going to copy this from the feedback thread.
I decided to reinstall this game for the express purpose of contributing to this thread. I haven't played it since July when the update broke the controller vibration makeing an already unpleasant game even worse.
I reinstalled it, I launch the game, I get to the splash screen and the game closes itself. A message pops up, telling me that the EA anticheat on this fresh install is not the latest version. And I can't play this game.
There's a website given in the box to find the latest version. But the address given just goes to a 404 page not found.
And I think that sums up F124 better then any words can.

This game has been broken for more time then it has "worked"
And with the absolutely inexcusable invisible bumps issue not being worked on. I guess I'm not getting this fixed either.

Is this going to be fixed or am I just stuck with a broken game?
You could at least show me the bare minimum of respect for me a consumer and tell me you guys aren't trying to help me.

I"m also having this issue. No trigger vibration on a scuf elite series 2 xbox controller (it's worked for the most part before patch 1.10) absolutely no vibration feedback for traction or braking. makes starts and corners extremely difficult. With Trigger vibration enabled, off track and bump vibrations are extremely muted, but are reasonable with trigger vibration disabled.

@EA_Groguet @Any updates? Or am I just supposed to sit here with a broken game I can't refund.
Is that why you asked what platform I was on? Did me answering Steam put this on the "do not fix" list because you knew I couldn't get my money back? Even for you guys that's low, that goes beyond treating me like dirt, that's malicious.

@ragekumar666 it's just so frustrating that the bear minimum is too much hassle. I have never been treated this way by any other company like this.
I had an incredibly specific issue with GTAV, rockstar support was in constant contact. It took three weeks for the issue to be sorted, and I was compensated with in-game items.
Here. I had to wait months for someone to respond to my issue. And @EA_Groguet couldn't even be bothered to include me in the message acknowledging the issue. And since then complete silence.
