Stuck on black screen after FP3

could you please provide us some more information? Like, on what platform are you even playing and in what mode are you playing when this happens?

This also happens to me. I am playing on PC. After the session ends it gets stuck on loading screen saying please wait. I attached screenshots and hardware settings.

I have the same issue. After finishing full FP1 and quick practice FP2, doing a quick practice FP3 causes the game to be stuck. Reloaded career mode, it all of a sudden shows the experience points gain screen but will not move onto qualifying. Restarted the game and back to career mode. It started me at the beginning of FP3 but with no objective completed (which I did in FP1). Either retiring FP3 or finishing FP3 the game will then be stuck on loading screen with no way to progress. Restarting game gets me back to beginning of FP3 again.

Hopefully this description is more detailed.

I have the exact same issue on Xbox Series S. I am in FP3 the programs are showing as not complete but I did them in FP 1.

Whenever it ends it just goes to please wait. 

The error code when I pause the game still in FP3 is : VKHT-JGJC-RVHR-GMHG.

I cant move the career mode any further im stuck in it. It would be good to know if this can or will be fixed.

same issue here, since Sunday 03.06.2024 I cannot move onwards in any of my saved careers. All will stuck and it seems that it is somehow connected with the simulation of the training. Usually FB1 and FB2 I drive, but I decided yesterday to finish one of the task in FB3 driven by the simulation. Ackward was already that you selected the program and it didnt count down the progress as usuall. You clicked, it performed something and the bar was just after resulted taken down, not like before where he is ticking down the time in a live bar.

Anyhow training finished, and the loading for the returning to the result screen never ended. The corresponding save status will behave the same. 2 other careers I started then are now having the same, I drove FB1, 2 and 3 normally or just the accelerate time option...all good. You use simulation in any of the session it will bug and will not proceed from the loading screen after the session is finished.

Interestingly it didnt happen on any day before, but since 02.06 it will always behave like this.

This happened to me too. I am playing offline driver career mode and was in in the Japanese round. I did all the challenges in P1 and P2 so I wanted to skip or “end quick session” for P3. After it ends it stays on the black screen with the please wait on the top left corner. When it crashes and I restart the game it shows me in the pit in p3 and whether i drive and waste time or accelerate the time after P3 is done it gets stuck on that same screen after p3 is done. In addition it says that the challenges are 3/5 which is wrong because I already got all the 300 pts because I had already done 5/5 on each. I am playing on steam.

Same problem but in career mode for the whole season and after practice 3 of Abu Dhad the "load" icon just spins, and the game is on, but nothing happens. However, the game is not stuck.

Yeah, same problem for me, too.

Im stuck in FP3 in my driver-career save. It all started after I completed FP1 by myself and simulated FP2. After that, I also tried to simulate FP3 but that already didn’t work as just nothing happens. After I tried to click the option to simulated again a few times, I left the career-menu screen and went into the main menu. After trying to load the career save again, I was thrown into the FP-completion and rating screen that usually appears after completing FP3.
After that though, I was thrown back into an unsimulated FP3 session again which I now can’t skip in any way. Everytime the session ends, a loading screen with the F1-title music playing, appears. This loading screen doesn’t go away anymore and the game doesn’t continue.
I’ve already tried every possible option to maybe find a way to continue, from skipping to qualy over the session-info screen to Ending the session on-track, off-track or over the main menu, but nothing worked. Switching the console on and off didn’t do anything to the problem either.
I recommend looking into this problem quickly as it isn’t just a minor inconvenience but rather a game breaking bug. This save is now impossible to continue with and I hope it gets fixed quickly.

I’m playing on PC in Steam. Same problem happened with me in Driver Career mode. I was playing FP1, after that used Quick practice in FP2, and after I wanted to go to FP3 and just skip by choosing Quick practice and then go back.

When I was back to the race weekend menu I saw that nothing changed and I can’t start playing or simulate FP3. First I go to the main menu and comeback to Driver career. I was already in garage for FP3, but I can’t simulate it to Qualifying in any way possible. After ending of session I was just stocked in “please wait” menu. 

And it happens every time. I tried to retire from session, mid session save and comeback, completing the practice session, anything that could possibly let the game go through, but nothing helped me at all. 

I spend a lot of time already in Driver Career mode and that’s the main reason why i bought this game so please help me!
