AI Keeps Adjusting Difficulty Mid Session

So, I've had F1 25 since it's release and this bug has never been fixed. I'm not the greatest driver so I tend to use Rewind shere and there. But, after like 8 Rewinds in a row the AI just suddenly goes from 98 difficulty to like 10 or 8. It's not just a very big pace difference but they also  brake earlier than the racing line when going to corners. I've had this issue from F1 24 so I'm not sure if this is just a Console issue or a bug that's never been looked at. Let me know if any of you guys experienced this same issue because i have no idea on how to fix it.
